Tumblr, and wellness.

Finally started feeling a bit better today...yay!
Still not 100%, but I actually had my spirits about me, which was nice. Guess the medicine I bought is working!
Hmm...
Nothing really has been new with me this week so far. Mostly because I've been asleep for the greater part of the past few days. I have tomorrow off and then it's back to work for me on Saturday...I'm thinking about calling the salon I applied at last week and seeing what their deal is, since I haven't heard back from them yet...I really need this job!
I don't mean to bitch and moan and sound negative, because, lets face it, I'm 20 years old, I live on my own (well...sort of) and I work part time at a shit retail store. OF COURSE I'M GOING TO BE DIRT POOR. The only thing that really blows is when you feel like no one is willing to take a chance on you because you have no experience. All I really need is one chance...from anyone, really.
Then I wouldn't have to worry about missing bill payments and scrambling for money every day. Not only that, but I'd be a lot happier. The job I have right now is not the job for me. I've been feeling a bit down about it lately. Hell, I was even slightly happy to have so many days off this week- not only so I could focus on getting better, but so I could focus on being anywhere that WASN'T work. I don't know how many of you actually read my blog, so maybe everything I'm saying is falling upon deaf ears. But, really. Keep your fingers crossed for me that something else comes my way soon.
I have all my fingers and toes crossed for myself! But really, knowing that there are others out there who would like to see good things for me makes me feel a tad better.

Anyways, enough rambling.

Down with the sickness!

Woke up about an hour ago and can't seem to fall back asleep.
I can't stop blowing my nose, and my throat feels awful! To make matters worse, one of my wisdom teeth is coming in so the left side of my jaw hurts as well.

Ain't life grand?

I hope I can muster up the strength to go out tomorrow and buy some medicine, so I can at least get some more rest. It's funny, because this is the first time I've been sick since moving out of my parents house in August. I used to never want to take medicine when I lived there, my mom would practically have to shove it down my throat and now...I'd kill for some theraflu.

I WANT TO FEEL BETTER.

Sick as a dog.

So, I woke up yesterday feeling not only hungover, but ill as can be. Sore throat, runny nose, the works :(
It's not a very fun start to my year. I am hoping I feel well soon!

My new years was alright, very dramatic :( Maybe I'll get into details later.
But...I probably wont.
